Hyderabad: Nawazuddin Siddiqui shocked audiences with his transgender debut in the upcoming film ‘Haddi.’ It’s a landmark film representing Bollywood’s queer community, and debut producers Sanjay Saha and Raadhika Nanda are backing the effort.
Raadhika and Sanjay with their production company Anandita Studios aim to produce quality and content driven films. With “Haddi,” the talented duo is branching out into filmmaking, and the fresh idea behind its theme makes its debut even more impressive.

We see a lot of challenges and discrimination in the LGBTQ community because of their appearance. I Hope to change that perception so they are seen as part of us. My goal is to create a more inclusive society through my films.”
A similar sentiment was echoed by Raadhika, who added: “I wanted to show the journey of those who have played an important role in making revolutionary changes in the world, and I wanted to dedicate the film to those who really did something to make society a better place.” contributors.”
However, both Raadhika and Sanjay understand how today’s audience feels and adapt their content accordingly. “People don’t want surreal content, but content they can relate to and experience at a later stage. For example, ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’ really makes people want to believe that everything they see is possible Yes, it’s a very realistic film. I wanted to make a film that was both realistic and entertaining,” concluded Sanjay.
Starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui and produced by Anandita Studios’ Sanjay Saha and Raadhika Nanda, ‘Haddi’ will be released in late June.
