Hyderabad: Traffic on Masab Tank slowed on Wednesday after some fuel tanks slipped from vehicles and fell onto the road, causing a spill on the road.
Traffic police, along with GHMC and other agencies, dumped mud on the road amid fears of accidents.
The road was partially blocked and authorities were unable to continue their work, resulting in reduced road lanes from Masab Tank to Mehdipatnam.
Traffic police then cleared the container and the road returned to normal.
More traffic officers were called to the scene to manage traffic, a senior traffic police official said.
