Hyderabad: City-based drone technology manufacturer Marut Drones has received type certification approval from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) for its multipurpose agricultural drone AG 365, a press release said.
Designed and developed specifically for Indian conditions, the AG 365 UAV can be used for multiple purposes, providing users with a higher return on investment (ROI). The AG 365 has been extensively tested on over 150,000 acres and optimized for performance in agriculture. In addition, AG 365 has conducted extensive research with AG 365 to develop crop-specific drone spraying SOPs in collaboration with renowned agricultural universities and research institutes.
Made in India kisan drone – AG 365 is specially developed for agricultural purposes to reduce crop loss, reduce use of agrochemicals, increase yield and profit for farmers.
Prem Kumar Vislawath, Founder of Marut Drones said, “Marut Drones has been taking steps in line with its vision to advance agriculture. Manual spraying in agriculture has had a huge negative impact on the health of operators. The mindless repetition of these sprays is Inhumane, exposes the operator to chemicals and causes cancer. A drone entrepreneur using this drone can earn anywhere from Rs 40,000 to Rs 90,000.”
