Hyderabad: A five-year-old girl died at a private hospital in Mailardevpally on Friday night due to the negligence of doctors.
The girl was reportedly taken to hospital for surgery scheduled for Saturday. Doctors gave the girl an injection before her health deteriorated and she died, the family said.
The family staged a protest at the hospital shortly after, demanding action against the management and doctors involved.
Mailardevpally police arrived on the scene. The family members reported the incident and the police are investigating.
