An unidentified man has killed himself after allegedly jumping in front of a running Metro train at Moosapet station

Hyderabad: An unidentified man killed himself at Moosapet station on Thursday night, after he allegedly jumped in front of a moving Metro train.
The man suspected of evading security to enter the station and arrived at the platform without a ticket.
According to the police, in CCTV footage collected from the platform of the subway station, the victim appeared to be behaving abnormally and looking depressed.
“He was waiting for the subway like other passengers, but when the train approached, he suddenly jumped to the front. He was seriously injured and bleeding profusely, those who noticed him rushed to save him and tried to transfer him to the hospital, But he died,” said Kukatpali Inspector T. Narsing Rao.
Officials said they did not find any material on him that would help identify him. Notify the local police station to investigate the disappearance case. “Until the victim has been identified, we cannot assert the cause of the suicide,” the inspector added.
The body was transferred to the Gandhi Hospital Mortuary for autopsy and preservation. Further investigation is ongoing.
