Muralidhar Bagh 2BHK Dignity Housing Colony Inaugural Minister T Srinivas Yadav, Goshamahal Constituency Nampally

Hyderabad: Livestock Minister T Srinivas Yadav on Friday inaugurated the Dignity Housing Colony at Muralidhar Bagh 2BHK in Nampally, Goshamahal constituency.
Spread over a 0.59-acre land, the colony includes 120 residential units and was built by the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) at a cost of Rs. 100 crore.
The residential units are spread over three blocks and are constructed in the S-5 pattern. The plinth is 560 sq ft and the cost per residential unit is Rs 7.75 lakhs and there is an additional Rs 75,000 which is the infrastructure cost per unit. Muralidhar Bagh 2BHK Dignity Housing Colony also has CC roads, external electrification and potable water pool.
“The colony has 10 shops and the income generated by these shops will be used for maintenance,” Srinivas Yadav said. He said the quality of 2BHK houses being built by the Telangana state government was comparable to those being built by private builders.
“If the beneficiary tries to sell the house, action will be taken against both the buyer and the seller,” the minister said. The inauguration was attended by Home Minister Mohammed Mahmood Ali, Goshamahal MLA Raja Singh and others.
