Hyderabad: The Bonalu Festival is an annual national festival celebrated during Ashada Masam at the famous Sri Ujjaini Mahakali Devasthanam in Secunderabad on Sunday 9th July.
Livestock Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav said after the swearing-in ceremony of the new temple’s governing body on Monday that a ceremony will be held at the temple the following day, Monday, July 10. The annual Rangam ceremony.

Referring to the Bonalu celebrations in Secunderabad, Talasani said development works including road rehabilitation and drainage-related works have been carried out near the temple. Soon there will be meetings with officials of various state government departments and members of temple committees to make careful arrangements for the smooth holding of the festival.
