B Ragavarshini, King Koti, Hyderabad of St. Joseph Public School win three golds and one silver at CISCE National Games
Hyderabad: B Ragavarshini of King Koti St. Joseph Public School in Hyderabad won three gold medals and one silver medal at the CISCE National Games at Shree Shiv Chhatrapati Stadium in Pune on Monday.
Ragavarshini, representing Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, was the fastest in the 100m with a time of 13.33 seconds. She took top honors in the 200m with a time of 27.15 seconds. Later in the 400m event, she won the gold medal with a time of 1.05.77 seconds.
She also won a silver medal in the 4x100m relay. Ragavarshini was judged to be the individual champion of the tournament. Meanwhile, Telangana’s Lakshmi Prasanna won the gold medal in the 3000m walk.
