Hyderabad: The Indian Racing Federation returns to Hyderabad this weekend on December 10-11, ahead of its inaugural Formula E race (single-seater championship) scheduled for February 11 in Hyderabad. The first round of competition IRL was held in Hyderabad on November 19-20. However, the first round of the IRL race was called off due to an incident between the riders of the Chennai Turbo Riders and the Goa Aces team.
The event then moves to Chennai, which hosts IRL Rounds 2 (December 26 & 27) and Round 3 (December 3 & 4) at the Madras International Circuit. And, the Hyderabad Blackbirds took the win in the second and third rounds of the IRL.
With Round 4 in Hyderabad, the city’s motorsports fans are once again eagerly awaiting the adrenaline rush of the Wolf Thunder GB08 as it races around the Hyderabad street circuit this weekend.
The official Twitter handle of the Indian Racing Federation shared the news on Twitter and alerted fans to the incident.
“Good afternoon Hyderabad, IRL back in Pearl City! We had a great time last time and things are about to heat up as the competition at the Hyderabad Street Circuit this weekend! Catch up on December 10th & 11th Peak (sic),” IRL tweeted.

Akhil Rabindra, Arjun Narendran, Vitantonio Liuzzi and Gosia Rdest are the four drivers competing for the IRL Hyderabad team.
