MLA Dr Sanjay Kumar has made it clear that not an inch of farmers’ land will be expropriated as part of the Jagtial master plan
hunt: MLA Dr Sanjay Kumar made it clear that as part of the Jagtial master plan, not a single inch of farmers’ land will be expropriated and pledged to protect farmers’ land.
The central government has ordered a master plan to be prepared every 20 years, the MLA told reporters here on Saturday. As part of this, one of the organizations conducted an investigation.
Acknowledging that some mistakes had been made during the preparation of the master plan due to a small number of officials, he said it was only a draft and it was possible to amend it. The maximum time to file an objection is 60 days.
As requested by MLC T Jeevan Reddy, he will be responsible for the master plan. The master plan drawn up during the Congressional government was riddled with errors, and many people had trouble getting permits to build their homes.
