Mumbai: Reliance Jio announced on Thursday that iPhone 12 and above users will get Jio True 5G service with unlimited data starting today.

iPhone 12 Mini, iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 12 Pro Max, iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13, Pro Max, iPhone SE 2022 (3rd generation), iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max can access Jio’s 5 services from today In the first week of November, Apple began rolling out an update to restore 5G connectivity to the company’s beta software platform for its iPhone devices in India. Apple confirmed the start of the iOS 16 beta software program on November 11.
In a statement, the company said users should update their device software to iOS 16.2 or later, then turn on 5G from Settings, and finally turn on 5G Standalone.
Apple recently released the iOS 16.2 update, which will enable iPhone users in India to use 5G services from Jio and Bharti Airtel.
Both Airtel and Reliance Jio launched fifth-generation mobile system (5G) services last month, however, many users in India are unable to access 5G on compatible smartphones, including iPhones.
