Karim Nagar: Two young people were killed in a car crash in Choppadandi on Monday night. At the time of the incident, two bicycles coming from opposite directions collided.
Residents of Choppadandi, three young men Bimanathini Naveen, Ollepu Rajesh and Ollepu Sampath traveled on one bicycle while Velpula Mahesh and Palakurthi Charan from Katnapalli rode another.
Naveen (20) died at the scene while Mahesh breathed his last while being transferred to the hospital in Karimnagar. Charan is said to be in serious condition.
The police have registered a case and launched an investigation.
