Rama Rao arrives at the university for the institution’s fifth convocation with ministers P Sabitha Indra Reddy, Allola Indrakaran Reddy and government whip Balka Suman

Neil Marr: IT and Industry Minister KT Rama Rao presented laptops and uniforms to RGUKT-Basar students during a program held at the campus on Saturday.
Arriving at the university for the institution’s fifth session, Rama Rao, along with ministers P Sabitha Indra Reddy, Allola Indrakaran Reddy and government whip Balka Suman, handed over laptops and uniforms to students of the Pre-University Course (PUC)-I year. He said the state government was determined to ensure better quality infrastructure and education for university students.
The Minister then convened a review meeting with the institution’s authorities on the progress of development efforts, steps to improve student academic achievement and the provision of employment and higher education opportunities.
Earlier, RGUKT Vice Chancellor Prof V Venkata Ramana and Director S Satheesh Kumar received the ministers.
Former MP S Venugopala Chary, Mudhole MLA G Vittal Reddy and others were present.
