Nagaraju, principal of Polytechnic College, said the three-year NBA accreditation not only improves the educational standard of the college, but also helps create job opportunities for students
Mahabnagar: The teaching standards of the region’s government polytechnics are NBA-accredited. Founded in 1956 on 33 acres, the college is known for its technical education.
The college is ISO accredited and focuses on skills development and job placement. Students are trained in a variety of skills, equipping them with the necessary expertise to find employment even before completing their studies. The academy also signed a five-year memorandum of understanding with Hyundai Motor to provide special training for automotive students.
University President Nagaraju said the NBA’s three-year accreditation not only improves the educational standard of the college, but also helps create job opportunities for students. The college also receives development funding from the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) to support its workshops and laboratories.
In March of this year, a four-member NBA team visited the college and conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the college’s resources, facilities, education quality, employment opportunities and other related details. The recognition the college has received is a great source of pride for the region, he said.
