Hyderabad: Handloom and Textiles Minister KT Rama Rao launched a scathing attack on Narendra Modi’s government on Wednesday for hampering the Telangana government’s grant of 5% GST on handloom products. The effort of weavers’ power.

Among other initiatives, the state government has also established the Kakatiya Mega Textile Park in Warangal. He said the centre had provided no support despite repeated requests from Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao.
“Instead of supporting our efforts, the BJP government has created obstacles. The union government has neither offered any support to Kakatiya Mega Texile Park on the grounds that it lacks any regulations, nor is it reluctant to approve large clusters of power looms. Instead, the centre Eight schemes including supply of subsidized raw materials, closure of All India Handloom Council and All India Handicraft Council, etc. were cancelled,” he said.
Rapolu Anand Bhaskar said Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao turned agriculture into a paid career for farmers by carrying out irrigation projects in an unprecedented way.
