Mumbai: After dropping songs like “Noor” and “Alag BT” from his latest album “Madari”, comedian and singer Munawar has revealed the release date of the album.
Munawar shared on social media that “Madari” will launch on June 6 and will be available on various streaming platforms.
Talking about the sound quality and elements used in the album, Munawar told IANS: “The sound quality of the album is unique and expansive because of the equal proportions of melody, hip hop and rap. Traditional expectations of a rap section or a hook line. We explored possibilities and tried different musical elements.”
He further mentioned: “For example, the song ‘Mumtaz’ incorporates elements of spoken poetry, adding a unique layer to the album. On the other hand, the song ‘Kajal’ provides a contrasting vibe.
The audience for each song on the album is expected to be people who enjoy different types of music, as we aim to cater to a wider audience with a song for every mood. “
