Hyderabad: The National Institute of Legal Research and Research (NALSAR), Hyderabad Law School has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) to provide courses, research and publications, knowledge advancement, capacity building, awareness and advocacy .
The MoU was signed here on Thursday by IICA DG and CEO Praveen Kumar and NALSAR Vice-Chancellor (I/C) and Registrar Dr V Balakista Reddy. As part of the agreement, the two institutions have decided to develop and execute degree, diploma and certificate programs in the field of corporate law or any other field. They also decided to promote the offer of postgraduate programmes such as the LLM.
In addition to collaborative research and consulting in various fields, the institutions have agreed to hold seminars, training programs and workshops, as well as mutually beneficial teacher-student exchanges, according to the press release.
