New Delhi: OpenAI’s ChatGPT app is now available for iOS users in India, as the Microsoft-owned company has expanded the app’s availability to more countries.
New list of countries includes Algeria, Argentina, Azerbaijan, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Estonia, Ghana, India, Iraq, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Lithuania, Mauritania, Mauritius, Mexico , Morocco, Namibia, Nauru, Oman, Pakistan, Peru, Poland, Qatar, Slovenia, Tunisia and the United Arab Emirates.
Earlier this week, OpenAI expanded the ChatGPT app to 11 additional countries after initially launching in the US.
These include Albania, Croatia, France, Germany, Ireland, Jamaica, South Korea, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Nigeria and the United Kingdom.
Currently, OpenAI has an iOS-only ChatGPT app with plans for an Android version, which it promises will be available soon.
Meanwhile, the company has introduced a new feature called Shared Links, which allows users to create ChatGPT conversations and share them with others.
“Recipients of the link you share can view the conversation or copy it into their own chat to continue the discussion. This feature is currently rolling out to a small group of testers in alpha and plans to expand to all users in the coming weeks ( including free users),” OpenAI said.
ChatGPT users can also disable chat history on iOS.
