Dodda Lalitha, an AEE from the District Panchayat Raj Administrative Engineering Office, was caught red-handed by ACB for accepting bribes.

Mahabubabad: Dodda Lalitha, assistant executive engineer at Panchayat Raj Administrative Works District Office, was caught red-handed by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Tuesday when she allegedly accepted a second bribe of Rs 2,000 from Karra. Ashok Reddy is Pe Contractors in Kanvaigudem village, Pedda Vangara Mandal.
According to an ACB press release, Lalitha asked for bribes in order to review the final bill and M-Book related to the construction of Vaikunta Dhamam (crematorium) in Kanvaigudem village, which was executed by Reddy. The bribe was also claimed as a reward for previously processed bills, which Lalitha intended to forward to Executive Engineer Panchayat Raj, Mahabubabad.
Larissa allegedly accepted Rs 3,000 on Monday as the first bribe. She will stand before the first additional special judge in SPE and ACB cases in Hyderabad. The case is currently under investigation.
