Hyderabad: A police officer was reportedly electrocuted Sunday night in Jubilee Hills.
It rained heavily during the night, and Veera Swamy, working with his elite greyhound, went on his motorbike. His car reportedly slipped and fell on the road at the Jubilee Hills checkpoint.
“The policeman fell on the pavement, touched a power pole and was electrocuted,” a local source said. He died instantly.
After receiving the news, the police rushed to the scene and transferred the body to the morgue. A case is booked.
