Hyderabad: Rachakonda police chief DS Chauhan visited the SSC exam center on Thursday and reviewed the security arrangements.
He visited the exam center in LB Nagar and interacted with police officers on security duty. He asked them to be vigilant and to perform their duties conscientiously.
Police officers have been told to conduct a thorough search of everyone entering the test center and that mobile phones are not allowed inside the centre.
After learning that mobile phones were not allowed at the SSC test center, Chauhan himself handed the mobile phone to a female police officer at the gate.
