Damascus: Syrian air defenses intercepted a new round of Israeli missile strikes in the central province of Homs on Saturday, state media said in a report.
The report said air defenses were responding to hostile targets over Homs, but gave no further details.
Xinhua quoted the Syrian Ministry of Defense as saying that three civilians were injured in the attack.
Meanwhile, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said missiles destroyed an weapons depot belonging to the Lebanese Hezbollah militant group at the Daba’a air base in Homs.
