Hyderabad: CA Arun Luharuka, chairman of the FTCCI Excellence Awards Committee, said Telangana is a bright spot among the states in the country.
He has sharply criticized organizations that recognize India as a bright spot but fail to recognize the performance of countries. “Aren’t we part of this country?” he asked Monday, speaking at the FTCCI Awards of Excellence.
Telangana’s per capita income (PCI) is Rs 3.17 lakh, well above the national average PCI of Rs 1.46 lakh. This means that the people of Telangana are prosperous and happy. This is just one of the matrices, and hundreds of such parameters can be referenced, he said.
Companies like Amazon, Microsoft, etc. have come to Telangana. Arun Luhulaka said that today, apart from infrastructure development, Telangana is also leading in software and pharmaceutical exports.
