Hyderabad: Several leaders from different political parties, including Maharashtra’s ruling Bharatiya Janata Party, have joined Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS).
More than 100 leaders joined the BRS on Thursday, led by a former BJP MLA from Tumsar in Charan Waghmare, Bhandara district, in the presence of Chief Minister and party chairman K Chandrashekhar Rao.
Zilla Parishad members, Tumsar Nagar Parishad members, Sarpanches and Nagar Sevaks joined BRS. The Chief Minister welcomes them into the party by giving them party scarves.
