New head of office for Telangana Poultry Federation
Hyderabad: Elections for the Telangana Poultry Federation (TPF) were held from April 12 to April 27 for its 10th regional committee and executive committee in Telangana.
On Thursday, the election of the executive committee, consisting of 11 members, concluded at its registered office, with members elected unanimously. The self-elected agency will last for five years starting Thursday, the release said.
The elected members of the Executive Committee for TPF include president, Kasarla Mohan Reddy, vice-president, Vuppala Narasimha Reddy, general secretary, Vduthala Bhaskar Rao, Secretary, Pathuri Venkata Rao, Treasurer, Vangeti Abhisheka Reddy and six members including Momula Sudhakara Reddy, Purumandla Shyam Sundar Reddy, Siddenki Jaganmohan Reddy, Tripuraneni Subrahmanyam, Vemula Ravinder Reddy and Gandhameneni Vinay Prasad.
TPF is the peak body for poultry farmers, comprising more than 25,000 farmers. Originally established in 1975, it forked and changed its name to Telangana Poultry Federation (TPF) and registered in 2015.
