Plans are underway to incorporate the Fire NOC app into the TS-bPASS portal

Hyderabad: Applicants submitting building planning applications can now look forward to obtaining Fire No Objection Certificates and Mortgage Release Deeds online as we work to incorporate these services into the Telangana State Building Permit and Self-Certification System (TS-bPASS).
Currently, applicants, especially high-rise buildings, must apply to the fire department to obtain a NOC. After reviewing the application and verifying the installation of the fire protection system according to the specifications, the fire department will issue a fire protection qualification certificate to the applicant.
As this effort takes more time to process applications and approvals, plans are underway to incorporate the Fire NOC application into the TS-bPASS portal.
The purpose is to provide convenience to applicants and reduce the time to process applications. Vinay Kumar, Chief Executive Officer of TS-bPASS said, therefore, we are working on plans to facilitate applicants to submit their fire drawings and plans as well as building plans applications in the system.
Once the application is submitted, the Fire Department will review and review the application. He said that after verification, department officials will process the application in accordance with the norms.
Likewise, proposals are being developed to further simplify mortgage applications and release deeds through TS-bPASS. Currently, applicants submit an application for building plan approval to the Registration Department and seek mortgage approval.
Under current practice, applicants must make multiple trips to the branch registry to apply for a mortgage and seek a deed of release for their building. To avoid this red tape, proposals are being made to facilitate mortgage release through TS-bPASS.
However, some changes were needed in the operation of the SRO office. Vinay Kumar said all these proposals will take shape after the state government approves corresponding upgrades to TS-bPASS.
These two facilities are one of several services incorporated into TS-bPASS for the convenience of the public. Previously, there was no provision for any amendment or correction of personal details in the application. While the service was available for single-window registrations, it has now been extended to instant registrations (up to 75 square yards for application approval).
In addition, if an application is rejected, we will send a notice to the applicant stating the reason, instructing them to respond within one week. Generally, applications are rejected for a variety of reasons, including insufficient funds, incomplete details, etc.
Applicants have the opportunity to upload required documents or details as required by the system. Since the launch of the service, applicants do not need to resubmit their application for approval.
