Up to 106 students from TSWR CoE-Bellampalli gained admission to top educational institutions in different countries

Mancherial: As the name suggests, Telangana Social Welfare Residential Center of Excellence (TSWR CoE)-Bellampalli is one of the reliable sources for rural students to excel in national level entrance examinations and gain access to higher education at the country’s top educational institutions.
Pancherpula Srinivas, the son of a farm worker and a student of TSWR-CoE Bellampalli, has excelled in the Aircraft Management Engineering Common Entrance Examination (AMECET)-2023 to secure a seat at the Indian Institute of Aircraft Engineering (IIAE), New Delhi. Malyala Harikrishna, who is part of the Centre, has taken admission to National Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM) in Sonipat, Haryana, in 2021.
Eighteen students of TSWR CoE-Bellampalli eligible for the 2023 Joint Entrance Examination (JEE)-Advanced have performed well in Mains of the recently announced test. 4 out of 20 students taking Advanced-2022 got admission in various Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and Indian National Institutes of Technology (NITs).
As many as 106 students from this center have gained admission in top educational institutions in different countries like IIAE, NIFTEM, Delhi University, Indian Institute of Space Technology (IIST)- Thiruvananthapuram, Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Punjab, 2020 2022 and 2022 academic year, Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), Gwalior, Central Institute of Fisheries Navigation and Engineering Training (CIFNET) – Kochi.
TSWR CoE Principal Inala Saidulu attributes the pupils’ success to teachers’ individual attention and imparting the fundamentals of Year 8 national entry. “A special timetable was implemented to help students shine at the entrance. Special classes were also organized. Weekend tests were conducted to identify the shortcomings of the students,” he said.
Slow learners are motivated by experts to achieve their goals, the principal said. Encourage them to use the library. Alumni of the center are invited to the institute and share their secrets to shine at the entrance. Teachers visit students’ families to learn about their socioeconomic status. So, they provide all the support to the students, he explained.
Established in 2014, the center has provided education to students in grades V to VIII. It operates out of a rented building. In 2016 it was moved to a permanent complex of eight acres on the outskirts of Bellampalli. It has become a sought-after destination for students from disadvantaged areas due to the quality education it has provided over a period of time.
