Chennai: Two men fell and died while traveling on the steps of a non-reserved carriage of a train in Tamil Nadu.

During the fight, the two lost control and fell to the track.
One of them died at the scene and the other was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The deceased were identified as Mariyappan (48) and Muthukumar (33).
The incident happened on the Nagcoyle-Coimbatore Express train on Sunday.
Muthukumar is heading to Erode from Marumuthar in Tenkasi district, while Mariappan is heading to Coimbatore from Kovilpatti.
The incident happened between Sattur and Thulakapatti railway stations on the Virudhunagar-Kovilpatti road.
After the victims got off the car, the passengers pulled the emergency chain to get off and search.
Passengers found Mukukumar fighting for his life, while Maria Pan was found dead on the track.
Mukukumar was taken to a local hospital, but doctors pronounced him dead.
