Gaddam Yugandhar illegally registered 20 parcels of land owned by Sheral Chandramouli in his name using forged documents

Warangal: The task force police arrested a businessman, Gaddam Yugandhar, for allegedly encroaching on land owned by others through forged documents and confiscated Rs 1.3 lakh in cash here on Saturday. He allegedly used forged documents to illegally register 20 parcels of land owned by Sheral Chandramouli in his name.
As the victim had recent contact with Warangal CP AV Ranganath, he has directed Task Force ACP M Jithender Reddy to investigate the matter. During the investigation, it was discovered that Yugandhar, who had helped the victim register part of the land to his daughter, forged documents and forged the signature of Chandramuri’s son in 2015 and registered the land in his name.
He also allegedly forced Chandramouli and his wife Manemma to sell another 3.25 acres of land and took Rs 1.3 lakh cash from them for “loans”. He also allegedly defrauded Chandramouli and Mannemma with forged loan documents. Eight cases were registered against Yugandhar in several police stations under the jurisdiction of Warangal Police Station. The defendants have been referred to Mills Colony for further action.
