Hyderabad: City Police Chief CV Anand closed as many as 47 rowdy sheets in the southern district.
South Zone DCP P. Sai Chaitanya briefed the Rowdy Sheeters Mela Thursday at CAR headquarters, saying that as many as 647 rowdy sheets are being maintained at various police stations in the zone.
“Based on the criteria given by the police chief for closing noisy sheets, we reviewed all the noisy sheets and finalized 47 of them to be closed. We also got the commissioner’s approval,” he added.
In this mela, there are about 300 noisy sheets.
