Hyderabad: The ACB court on Tuesday rejected a memorandum filed by the police seeking the addition of four persons BL Santosh, Thushar Vellapally, Jaggu Swamy and advocate B Srinivas in the TRS MLA poaching case.
Police have filed a memorandum with the court to add their names to a First Information Report (FIR). The ACB court also said that the investigation should not have been conducted by the vigilante as it was linked to corruption and that the Anti-Corruption Bureau should investigate the case.
