Hyderabad: “The Major” starring popular Telugu hero Adivi Sesh has been selected as a Hindi film by IFFI. It was critically acclaimed nationally and was a box office hit. The film shows the life story of Sandeep Unnikrishnan, the hero of the 26/11 Mumbai attack. The film has been selected for the Indian Panaroma section of the 53rd IFFI.
The Major was filmed in both Telugu and Hindi. It’s amazing that it was chosen as the Hindi version by IFFI. Films such as RRR and Jai Bhim among the 25 feature films and 20 non-feature films were also selected for IFFI in their respective categories, but it is worth noting that Major was selected as a fully Hindi film. Advi Sesh was ecstatic about the news.
Talking about how incredible he felt when his film was selected for IFFI, he said: “It was a very proud moment for me. When I learned that IFFI had selected ‘Major’ for the Hindi category, it was really It made me so happy, it was a surreal feeling. It was a special moment for all the cast and crew who gave their hearts and minds to this film.”
Currently in talks to remake an Oscar-winning film, Adivi Sesh has various plans for his future projects. So far, his movies are just hits. We can’t wait to see what he has in store for us with his future endeavors. We know that no matter what his future projects are, we will never be disappointed.
