MahababadTribal Welfare Minister Satyathi Rathod said Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao will visit the Mahabababad area soon to inaugurate the medical college and the integrated collection complex, and said that podu land pattas will be distributed to tribal and non-tribal at the upcoming meeting in chief during the Minister’s visit.
Speaking on Thursday after inspecting construction works at the Integrated Collection Complex, the Government Medical College and the public meeting place, the minister said the Chief Minister will address a large public meeting of 100,000 people during his visit and start distributing title deed podu Log in from that session.
Referring to Forest Range officer Ch Srinivas Rao who was tragically killed in Kothagudem, she said the state government will take all necessary steps to prevent such incidents from happening again. “We will take legal action against the attackers,” she said, denouncing TPCC Chairman Revanth Reddy’s comments as “government murder”.
“The head of the PCC did not understand at all when he was speaking. I strongly condemn this. Revanth Reddy forgot that the Gotti Koyas from Chhattisgarh have no rights over our land. It is inappropriate to speak without understanding the subject,” she said Say.
Alleging that central investigative agencies like CBI, ED and IT department work like BJP’s “pocket agencies”, she said the central government is forcing ED and IT to attack TRS leaders.
Zilla Parishad Chairman Angoth Bindu, MLA Banoth Shankar Naik, BRS Secretary General Nukala Naresh Reddy, City Chairman Dr Palvai Rammohan Reddy, District Collector K Shashanka, Additional Collector Abhilasha Abhinav, P Sarath Chandra Pawar and other officials accompanied the Minister on his inspection.
