Nargonda: The inability of BJP members to distribute ballot papers at most polling stations at Munugode polling station clearly illustrates the victory of TRS candidate Koosukuntla Prabhakar Reddy in the by-election.
Typically, several members of different political parties will camp 100 meters from the polling station, distribute ballot papers and make demands from voters. At most polling stations, BJP members were not seen and discussions focused on BJP candidate Rajgopal Reddy’s loss of hope for his victory in the polls.
Older people and farmers started going to polls in the morning to vote. It builds confidence in TRS members and keeps them at the polls until the polls are done. When BJP candidate Komatireddy Rajgopal Reddy visited some polling stations, people didn’t respond and they seemed relaxed with him.
