Hyderabad: The state government has directed District Collectors to recruit Paramedical Ophthalmology Officers (PMOOs) on an outsourced basis for the upcoming Kanti Velugu program to be launched on January 18.
PMOOs with functional AR machines will be given priority, and the monthly rental amount for such medical equipment will be issued by DM&HO. Ophthalmic officers who should have a Diploma in Ophthalmic Assistant (DOA) or Diploma in Ophthalmic Medicine (DOM) will be paid Rs. 30,000.
Recruitment announcements will be made by District Collectors on December 1st and interviews will take place on December 5th. The provisional performance list will be released on December 7, and the final list of candidates will be announced on December 10. A total of 1491 people will call the medical team to implement Kanti Velugu in the state.
