Twitter is often used to spread breaking news quickly because it is faster than traditional media broadcast channels.
Twitter was originally an SMS-based platform, so initially the character limit was only necessary because the mobile operator, not Twitter, imposed the limit.
Twitter is an online social networking site where people communicate through short texts called tweets. Twitter is also known as a microblogging site. Most Twitter users express themselves to the world through Weibo and socialize with followers who read their tweets.
Twitter is a platform to grow your followers and provide your audience with valuable content. It enables you to create fast and eye-catching advertisements, such as creating a broadcast for a new movie or offering free e-passes to a planned webinar.
Twitter is often used to quickly disseminate breaking news because it is faster than traditional media outlets. Twitter has a lot of bubbly, but at the same time, some useful news and informative content.
What is a Twitter space?
Bring your Twitter conversations to life with audio on Twitter. This feature is available to any Twitter user with over 600 followers. Users can host these discussions in Spaces and invite other users to join. If someone you follow is hosting or is a speaker in a space, it will appear as a purple bubble at the top of your timeline during a conversation.
With Twitter Spaces, users can now speak however they want and receive and reply in real time. Spaces appear on the timeline, making it easier for anyone to see the purple bubble on your timeline and join the live video conversation, and you control who can speak and when.
What are Twitter circles?
Twitter Circle is a way to tweet selected people and share your thoughts with smaller groups. You can choose who is in your Tweet circles, and only those you add can reply to and interact with Tweets you share in your circles.
This makes it easier to have more private conversations and create closer connections with selected followers. Tweets you send to your circles will have a green badge, and you can have up to 150 people in your Twitter circles.
