A court has awarded the BJP leader two days of police custody to the Banjara Hills police.
Hyderabad: Banjara Hills Police have questioned K. Nanda Kumar, an alleged BJP agent who was recently arrested along with two others in the MLA poaching case for alleged racketeering. The court has granted Banjara Hills Police two days’ detention.
S Satish, a businessman from Banjara Hills, reported to the police that he had financial dealings with Nanda Kumar regarding a property in Parigi. Two months after the transaction was completed, Nanda Kumar threatened and demanded that the property be transferred to his name.
A case has been registered against Nanda Kumar at the Banjara Hills Police Station under Section 386 of the IPC.
