Hyderabad: Hyderabad City Police has issued a notice to Congress poll strategist Sunil Kanugolu in connection with a case against him for allegedly producing a video derogatory to Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) party.
Cybercrime police had asked him to appear in court on December 30 or he would be arrested.
Cybercrime police had earlier issued notices to three individuals including Shri Pratap, Shashank and Ishaan Sharma in the case. The three were detained earlier on November 14 following a raid on Sunil Kanugolu’s office in Madhapur.
Police seized laptops, desktops and other equipment from the office.
