Hyderabad: The Telangana government has set an example of a community harmony initiative in the country by constructing a unique Mukti Ghat at Fathullaguda in LB Nagar where multiple religions can hold their last rites of departure.
The facility, which will also cater to Hindus, Muslims and Christians, is being constructed by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) on a 6.5-acre site and is likely to be inaugurated by Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister KT Rama Rao on Tuesday. ceremony.
