Washington: Justice League star Ben Affleck, who is currently promoting his directorship of “Air: Courting a Legend,” revealed that Wonder Woman will make a cameo in Andy Muskitty’s upcoming “The Flash.”
According to The Hollywood Reporter, “I don’t want to spoil it, but it’s a scene where I get caught by Wonder Woman — and I’m saved — in a run-in with some bad guys,” Affleck shared, admitting that ” Spoilers for the DC Assassins” might be listening. “She saved me…with the lasso of truth. So Batman reveals some of his true feelings about his life and work.”
The actor added that his performance in The Flash was the first time he really understood the character, which ultimately made him want to come back and play the hero again. “This is the best s*** I’ve ever made [Batman],” he said excitedly. “I finally figured out how to play this guy. I was like, ‘Wait, I quit my job. I know I’m giving up. But I get it now! “
Ecstatic about the project, Ben further added, “I made it in The Flash. The five minutes I was there, it was really good. A lot of it was just tone. You have to figure out, what do you think of this guy What. Who fits your abilities?” he continued. “I was trying to fit myself into Batman.”
The Flash is set to be Affleck’s final appearance as Bruce Wayne/Batman. If reports are to be believed, this could be the last time Gadot’s Wonder Woman will be shown on the big screen, although there are rumors that these cameos are on the way.
Muschietti’s long-awaited movie stars Ezra Miller as Barry Allen/The Flash, Sasha Calle as Kara Zor-El/Supergirl, Michael Shannon as General Zord, and Michael Keaton as an alternate version of Bruce Wayne/Batman.
