Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Management Association’s Industry Readiness Programme 4 was opened on Wednesday by Navin Mittal, Commissioner of University Education and Technical Education, in the presence of former Vice-Chancellor Professor JNTU-Hyderabad DN Reddy and Managing Director, Bhagyanagar, India, Devender Surana.
The Industry Readiness Program (IRP) is designed for students primarily from government-affiliated or government-funded MBA/BBA colleges or other colleges with an MBA/BBA wing. The aim is to prepare participants to face the real world of business/entrepreneurship and prepare to bridge the gap between academics (theory) and the work environment (practice).
The HMA Industry Readiness Programme is driven by Dr Sriharsha Reddy, Industry Readiness Programme Consultant and IMT Hyderabad and Jaywant Naidu Convenor Industry Readiness Programme Director.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by HMA Honorary Chairman V Ramchander and others.
