Bangalore: Police said Tuesday they had opened a case against a student at a private university for allegedly snooping into women’s restrooms and recording videos of them.
The 21-year-old law student at the university has recently been charged with sexual harassment and the Information Technology Act.
The accused student, who was caught peeping in a toilet, was released with a warning after submitting his letter of apology.
The student didn’t turn over a new leaf, and repeated his mistakes two days later. This time management decided to refer the case to the police.
