Hyderabad: The ruling BRS will face new challenges and intrigues, including communal unrest in the new Shobhakrith year of the Telugu calendar, Sharada Peetham pandit Bachampalli Santosh Kumar predicted during the state government’s “Panchanga Shravanam” organized by Ravindra Bharati on Wednesday.
Santosh Kumar advised the state government and police to be cautious as the state will undergo rapid changes. He said all pending bills would be settled in the new year and the judiciary would deliver an important judgment in favor of the state government.
“Interesting events will take place in Telangana politics in October, November and December this year. Communal riots will occur and social tensions will increase. So both rulers and people should be cautious,” he said.
Santosh Kumar said the new year is expected to be favorable for agriculture and related sectors as the state will experience good rains. He added that Telangana would receive good revenue and would not need to take any new loans. He also predicted important changes in the education sector.
