Hyderabad: Telangana BJP chief Bandi Sanjay claimed that the documents submitted by Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao in the High Court in relation to the alleged poaching of TRS MLA had no evidence of BJP involvement in the case.
Sanjay told a press conference at the state government office on Friday that there was nothing in the video released by the chief minister to prove that the BJP was involved in the case.
“If the CM has so much evidence against the BJP, why didn’t he present it in court?” he asked.
He alleged that all the drama of poaching MLAs was enacted by the Chief Minister to warn his elected representatives that he was keeping track of them.
“If the four MLAs are so sincere to the party, why is the CM not allowing them to meet with the media?” he asked.
Sanjay strongly criticized the chief minister for dragging the names of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah in the alleged poaching case, saying that Prime Minister Modi and Amit Shah got the people of the country support, therefore, they do not need to be involved in such practices.
