London: The documentary series Harry and Meghan, now streaming on the OTT platform Netflix, is getting a lot of attention.
In a recent interview with US-based entertainment media company Page Six, royal expert Tom Ball said the chances of Prince Harry getting a warm welcome in the UK are now slim.
Tom Bowles told Page Six, “I can’t imagine they’ll be welcomed. I don’t think Harry will ever be welcomed in England.” on the guest list for the ceremony.
Powers told Page Six that Harry has become an outsider and that Meghan has similarly distanced herself from the rest of the British royal family.
“I think he’s just cutting himself off from all of this. You know, he’s turning himself into an outcast, and I don’t think anybody’s going to — see if he’s welcome here,” Ball said , “And… with her, she’s definitely finished by now. And he’s almost finished.” According to Bowles, Prince Harry’s relationship with his father, King Charles III, has also been damaged.
The author of “Revenge: The War Between Meghan, Harry, and Windsor” told Page Six that “there was never any chance (of a reconciliation between the royal family and Prince Harry and Meghan),” even though many believe the royal family’s Sept. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s family and the Duchess will mend the fence following the death of Queen Elizabeth II on the 8th.
“The whole thing is that Charles hates confrontation, and someone who had dinner with him earlier in the week told me he wanted to stay out of it,” Ball explained to Page Six.
“But I don’t think it’s possible for him to stay out of it,” he added.
According to Page Six, the royal family has not made any statement about the docuseries so far.
