New Delhi: Popular actor Satish Shah recently shared an incident at Heathrow Airport in the UK where he overheard staff making racist comments about how he could afford a first-class ticket.
On Twitter, the “Sarabhai vs Sarabhai” actor revealed that he overheard some officials at the airport struggling to believe how he could afford a first-class ticket. Satish didn’t hold back, though, and gave them an apt answer.
“When I overheard the Heathrow staff member quizzically asking his mate how they could afford first class, I replied with a proud smile ‘because we are Indian’,” he tweeted wrote.
When I overheard the Heathrow staff questioning his partner “how can they afford first class?” I replied with a proud smile “because we are Indian”.
