Hyderabad: TRS cadres staged a protest in Telangana shortly after police uncovered an alleged plot by the BJP to buy four MLAs from the ruling party through a mediator.

The ministers allege that the BJP conspired to buy the TRS MLA to overthrow the state government as it fears losing the Munugode by-election. They called for a statewide protest condemning the BJP’s undemocratic behavior.
In Hyderabad on Wednesday night, TRS leaders burned a portrait of Prime Minister Narendra Modi near Telangana Bhavan.
