Hyderabad: The Telangana State Special Police (TSSP) has condemned misleading information about its personnel working in agriculture at the chief minister’s farmhouse.
“The video was filmed elsewhere and misleading reports were displayed on the YouTube channel. The workers in the video were carrying hay, ready to use it to fertilize the plants with vermicompost,” said Additional DGP TSSP, Abhilasha Bisht.
So far, the TSSP has planted 420,000 saplings in the state, most of which have grown into large trees thanks to police efforts, the official said. The manure is also distributed free to farmers and the public.
