Andhra Pradesh government adviser Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy says Congress party will consider supporting BRS if anyone seeks YSR
Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh government adviser Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy said here on Monday that the Congress party will consider supporting the BRS if anyone seeks the YSR.
Speaking to reporters, he said Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy would make a decision after discussions with party cadres. “A party can run anywhere. We have no intention of competing in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. Our chief minister only thinks about welfare and development, nothing else,” he said.
Regarding his comments on unifying Andhra Pradesh, Ramakrishnaredi said there was no need to politicize his remarks. He said the YSRCP is the only party that represents the United States, and even eight years after the split, divisions continue to be contentious.
