THORNHILL, B.C. – Get ready for a full day of live music, local vendors, and craft beer, as the popular Farm Fest: Backyard Bands & Brews returns to Hidden Acres Farm on Saturday, July 12, 2025.

The one-day, family-friendly festival has become a summer staple for the Terrace and Thornhill area. Gates will open at noon for a day packed with entertainment and activities.

    This year’s festival will feature:

    • A diverse lineup of nine live bands playing everything from rock and folk to blues.
    • A market with over 20 local artisan vendors.
    • A selection of craft beer from four regional breweries.
    • A variety of food trucks.
    • A dedicated Kid Zone with family-friendly activities.

Tickets for the event are $60 for attendees aged 12 and up, while children 11 and under get in for free. Organizers note that tickets are cash only and are available for purchase at several local businesses, including The Fix Cafe & Cyclery and Sherwood Mountain Brewhouse in Terrace.

New for this year, attendees should be aware of a $5 cash-only parking fee for each vehicle entering the site. The fee is being introduced to encourage carpooling and biking to the event, as there is no parking permitted on River Dr.

Farm Fest promises something for everyone and is a great showcase of the vibrant music, arts, and community spirit of the Skeena region.
